    Manifest in New York is looking to hire an Account Operations Executive for some of our key pieces of business. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with clients and account leadership and will ensure that projects are well-defined with all deliverables and appropriate staffing. You’ll also work with dynamic cross-functional teams throughout the agency. The Account Operations Executive is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of client tactical plans, including growing and retaining client relationships.


    • Work with team leadership to manage assigned projects in all phases of the delivery process, including intake, scoping, risk management, and execution
    • Develop detailed project plans based on schedule, scope, and timeline constraints
    • Ensure that all deliverables are reviewed internally for quality control and according to schedule
    • Report project status and financial/staffing forecasts
    • Identify project risks and escalate to team leadership and discipline leads as appropriate
    • Serve as primary, day-to-day client contact on all assigned projects, organizing cross-functional resources as needed
    • Work with senior account operations leads and discipline leads to resolve project team conflicts
    • Contribute to SOW creation and change orders, owning sections as assigned related to deliverables, risks, assumptions and dependencies
    • Produce detailed timelines for incoming projects, working with department leads to identify project tasks, dependencies, risks, and assumptions. Ensure that appropriate collaboration points are built into project plans.
    • Monitor project scope, and schedule; work with team to mitigate identified risks
    • Set the expectations for the project teams at large, communicating clear benchmarks, clarifying deliverables, and prioritizing tasks
    • Collaborate with team members to craft and redefine processes to create new efficiencies and a better end product


    • 3-4 years of account and project ownership in a marketing or advertising agency
    • Experience in planning and managing projects from end-to-end
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Exceptional collaboration and negotiation
    • Experience in financial management and forecasting
    • Experience in project management and tracking tools such as Microsoft Office, ProofHQ, and SmartSheet
    • Highly proficient in project collaboration tools such as Basecamp, Trello, and Slack
    • Experience with healthcare accounts, or other highly regulated businesses, a strong plus
    • Experience with magazine account management a strong plus
    • Client-facing experience a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
