    Manifest in Chicago is looking to hire an Associate Operations Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help onboard, lead and manage a large-scale integrated program. At Manifest, our Account Operations team creates calm out of chaos and can rally their troops to deliver a superior product. We work in an entrepreneurial, creative and fun environment, with people who are passionate about and love what they do. This position reports into the Associate Operations Director.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage a high volume of concurrent projects with shifting milestones
    • Lead projects from kickoff to final delivery, including the creation and maintenance of schedules, client communications, team-wide updates, and resource management
    • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize work for a shared resource pool
    • Collaborate with external content strategists and internal editors and designers to deliver quality products
    • Collaborate with strategy, creative and technology leads to understand program goals and establish milestones

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of experience in project and/or account management mandatory, ideally in digital content marketing
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate needs and priorities to client
    • Ability to track multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
    • Experience driving content creation projects from beginning to end preferred
    • Ability to understand how pieces of content relate to one another, and the overall customer journey of a content campaign
    • Ability to understand the hierarchy of projects within a shared resource pool
    • Ability to leverage internal resources in solving problems, and to understand when problems should be escalated
    • Excellent listening skills
    • A desire to learn and grow with a team
    • Experience managing print, digital video and social a plus
