    Manifest in St. Louis is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. In this hybrid Project Management/Account Management role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate strategically with clients as well as with cross-functional teams as we develop and produce creative in CPG, Travel, and Home Design. You will be responsible for day-to-day oversight and leadership of client tactical plans, and will help grow and retain client relationships. Your agency colleagues will look to you for your knowledge about your client, their industry, their competitors and their culture. Think big. Notice small. Own it all. This role reports to the Operations Director.

    Responsibilities

    • Actively engage client to understand and manage expectations based on project objectives, timing, and parameters, and communicate client expectations effectively and efficiently to internal teams.
    • Drive the business and understand creative.
    • Ensure that all deliverables are reviewed internally for quality control.
    • Report project status and financial/staffing forecasts.
    • Identify project risks and escalate to team leadership and discipline leads as appropriate.
    • Serve as primary, day-to-day client contact on all assigned projects, organizing cross-functional resources as needed.
    • Utilize industry knowledge, from project brief development through project completion.
    • Work with senior account leads and discipline leads to resolve project team conflicts.
    • Contribute to SOW creation and change orders, owning sections as assigned related to deliverables, risks, assumptions and dependencies.
    • Produce detailed project plans for incoming projects, working with department leads to identify project tasks, dependencies, risk, and assumptions. Ensure that appropriate collaboration points are built into project plans.
    • Plan coordinate, and oversee project design and kickoff, including resources, workflow, communication plan, risk assessment, project documentation, and quality control processes.
    • Monitor project budget, scope, and schedule; work with team to mitigate identified risks.
    • Collaborate with team members to craft and redefine processes to create new efficiencies and/or a better end product.

    Qualifications

    • Approximately 5 years of creative agency Project Management Experience, including work on social media projects
    • Experience with content marketing and an understanding of performance marketing
    • Successful track record of independently managing client-facing projects
    • Cross-agency collaboration experience a plus
    • May travel up to 25%
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
